Kathrine’s second painting, “This is My Story” was created by Kathrine while she was in high school as well. What started as an assignment of a chiaroscuro painting turned to having a much deeper meaning as Kathrine got closer to moving to Beaufort and ultimately moved into the neighborhood that exact church stood in. From her calling to “go’ to South Carolina to making her way there and meeting her husband, Kathrine’s painting collection was already forming a representation of her story.
